T&Cs:

Before booking:

You will be required to answer a set of triage questions and send a set of front and side profile photos showing the area of concern. We cannot book you without this information. Please also bear this in mind if you are booking on behalf of someone else.

If, based on this information, we advise that we cannot treat you or that the treatment would not benefit you, please do not be offended by this; it is for your own safety and wellbeing. Where possible we will try to suggest other options for you to explore if we cannot treat you.

Eligibility criteria:

We cannot provide any treatment to you if you are:

Under 18

Pregnant

Planning to become pregnant in the near future

Breastfeeding

Taking anticoagulant medication

Taking steroid medication

Suffering with a neuromuscular or wasting disease

Intoxicated

Allergic to any of the active ingredients of your chosen treatment

If it is deemed unsafe or unethical to treat you at your appointment or if we do not think that you need the treatment then we reserve the right to turn you away in these instances and your deposit may not be refunded.

If you have any questions that you wish to be answered prior to your appointment please contact us via text, email, Facebook or Instagram.

Gift vouchers:

Minimum spend £20. All gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We will endeavour to advise whether you are suitable or not for treatment prior to you purchasing a voucher. If you are purchasing one for somebody else as a gift please enquire first as they may not be suitable for the treatment you had in mind.

Deposits:

All appointments (excluding consultations and required top ups) are subject to a £40 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations:

You have until 72 hours before your appointment to cancel/reschedule and your deposit will still be valid for re-booking. If you wish to cancel/reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and this will count as a late cancellation.

After 2 incidents of late cancellations you will not be permitted to rebook.

Failure to attend:

If you fail to attend an appointment you will forfeit your deposit. Failure to attend 2 appointments will result in you not being able to rebook.

A mixture of 1 failure to attend and 1 late cancellation will also result in you not being able to rebook and any deposit paid will be lost.

Lateness:

As with any self-employed practitioner punctuality is key for your appointment. I do, however, understand that traffic happens etc. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will forfeit your deposit and your treatment will not be conducted- this will be recorded as ‘failure to attend’. It is fundamental that you are treated safely and this is why a set time is allocated.

Top ups:

All advised top ups must be taken within the recommended time frame or an additional treatment charge will be incurred. If you do not adhere to our late cancel/failure to attend policy for your top up appointment, the appointment will be removed and you will not be able to be rebooked. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
