Hyaluronic acid is a polysaccharide that naturally occurs in the body's connective, epithelial and neural tissues. The majority of the hyaluronic acid found in our bodies is present in the skin; here it binds with water molecules to keep your skin well-lubricated and moist. We only use hyaluoronic acid based fillers for our dermal filler procedures as they are more biocompatible and can be dissolved. Hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers results typically last from 4-12 months depending on a variety of factors, some of these include your metabolism, heat exposure, smoking status etc.

Note: The dermal filler itself can be present in the tissues for much longer than your results will last.​​

The use of hyaluronidase is available should the rare eventuality of a medical emergency/compromise occur when a client is treated by us.

Elective dissolving of dermal filler is available. Consultations will be held alongside an independent prescriber on set clinic days and a patch test must be completed prior to treatment.

FINE LINES AND WRINKLES

 

We are able to offer consultations and treatment for the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. Consultations and prescriptions will be held alongside an independent prescriber on set clinic days and must be booked and completed prior to having treatment done. Failure to book a consultation/prescription appointment for our 'prescribing clinic' prior to your treatment will result in your treatment being cancelled.

When booking your appointment, you will be given a list of pre-operative instructions to follow prior to your treatment; not following these instructions could result in you being refused treatment and your deposit will not be refunded. You will also be a given a list of post-operative instructions to follow after your treatment has been conducted; it is your responsibility, as the patient, to follow these instructions in order to prolong the longevity of the treatment and to reduce any risks.
